Part 2 of this month's episode has focused on the mental health and support available to the First responder. Steve chats to Dr. Ann Payne about Acute stress disorder and when to seek help. This month we speak  a bit about Diabetes. We speak about what it is, hyper and hypo glycaemia as well as Diabetic Keto Acidosis (DKA).

Seeing as this month,  the 25^th July is International Drowning Prevention Day, we decided to record an episode on Drowning. Viv, Steve and Joe speak about this topic which claims the lives of an estimated over a quarter of a million people each year globally.
